  • Role Overview

    We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Plymouth Meeting.  This person will be responsible for the company’s infrastructure and data network, computer resources, and internal IT systems.  Ensures that the network supports the information systems of the company.

    Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence


    • Administration of cloud services, Active Directory, and Windows server environments.
    • Microsoft Office 365 tenant solutions including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint,  and OneDrive
    • Build, install, configure, analyze, tune, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems both on premise and in cloud IaaS providers.
    • Arranges for upgrades, patches, and replacements for enterprise software and cloud platforms
    • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including network connectivity and mobility
    • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage.


    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven troubleshooting skills (escalation and Tier 3 support) and ability to understand complex relationships between components of multi-tiered and distributed systems.
    • Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment
    • 3+ years using automation tools such as Microsoft PowerShell
    • Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
    • Proven knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP, Backup and DR methodologies.

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes


    • 5+ experience in IT network administration
    • 5+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure & Office365
    • Experience in design, implementation, and operations of the Public Cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
    • Extensive knowledge and experience of Network, Server, Storage, Microsoft and Linux technologies
    • Good understanding of ISO 27001 and other requirements such as GDPR
    • Understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Demand and Release Management)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent to - desirable
    • MCSE and similar IT certifications - desirable
    • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
    • Can work independently without hands on management effectively communicating with remote management.
    • Domestic and international travel may be required
