  • Role Overview

    The Fulfilment Manager position is responsible for the on-time order processing and shipment of handheld devices, ranging from leading a teams of logistics professionals to managing third party relations. Primary reasonability for capacity utilisation and resource planning to achieve overall efficiencies.   Leading the way in best practice techniques to achieve right first-time pick, Installation productivity and zero shipping errors whilst maintaining collaborative and effective communication channels across the Delivery team and the wider business.

    Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence

    ·         Manage the day-to-day activities of the Installation Specialists and Logistics Support team

    ·         Responsible for on time completion of the daily requirements, order picking, software installation, shipment preparation and final dispatch

    ·         Ensure all timelines are met in accordance with the Study requirements

    ·         Contingency management required to mitigate potential impact to SIV, FPFV as result of degradation within the fulfilment service

    ·         Prepare and install handheld computers with CRF Health’s Trial Collector software platform

    ·         Package and ship CRF Health eDiary kits across global locations

    ·         Responsible for the creation and achieving KPI’s for the Fulfilment group

    ·         Ensure all personnel follow the SOPs and QMS procedures when performing their day-to-day activities

    ·         Deliver continuous improvement across the Fulfilment operation

    ·         Accurately pick the sales order, devices, associated equipment and printed material and complete all system transactions

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    ·         Experience working within a Logistics, Fulfilment role

    ·         knowledge of all Logistics’ Processes and experience of working within a QMS environment

    ·         Possess the ability to create metrics and output reports, as well as work closely with the project team regarding the deployment of certain projects

    ·         Able to manage individuals to ensure that they too are following proper procedures

    ·         Must be goal orientated, to ensure the team makes or exceeds the target goals for the year

    ·         Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

    ·         Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization

    ·         Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint/Excel/ Other IT technical systems

    ·         Must be a team-oriented person but above all must lead the Group/Fulfilment Operation

    ·         Flexibility concerning work schedule to support the business

    ·         Knowledge of Android & Windows tablet devices (not essential)

    ·         Must have strong Leadership qualities, ability to engage at all levels
